The millennial generation and those that followed are faced with new challenges that previous generations are not familiar with. This generation has had to endure and safeguard against economic, political and health perils which have limited societal understanding. This lecture is about having hard conversations with what they have had to endure and how much this generation has to offer in this radically changing society, as well as what they can teach us, as they move forward as our new leaders of the world.
